Where to House New Imigrants 17May08: The Federal Government introduces a new unskilled migration program to attract workers in a bid to lessen Australia's labour shortage. The Government used this week's Budget to announced that migration numbers would be lifted to 300,000 a year, the biggest increase since the post-World War II influx of migrants in 1947. With the present drastic Rental Housing Shortage, where will these people be housed in Baxta. Death of a Son,Clive Michael 24 Dec 2007: Myself and my Family today Mourn the loss of Our Youngest Son and Brother Clive in The Whyalla Hospital after a long battle for life. " Those we love remain with us, for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade, because a loved ones gone. Those we love can never be more then a thought apart, for as long as there is memory, they will live on in our heart" . Asbestos Diseases
Fighter ends his Battle: The Australian
Mesothelioma Victims Hero " Burnie Banton " has
ended his battle with the disease with his family around
him. A New Cancer Research Establishment in Sydney is to
be Named in His Honour. And thanks mainly to his fight
with Jmaes Hardie's and the Aust Government I will be
starting my Chemo with Alimpta treatment in Early
January. I Salute you Burnie and Thank You for your
Personal Pain and Continuing fight for Compo to the very
end, Burnie Banton now resting in Peace, Farewell. Election Time, Vote Out The Big Spenders: There is No Better Time For Change , we Must put an end to The Big Money Give Aways of the Liberal Government, which always leed to Interest Rate increases and More Money in The Pockets of the Rich. We hear No Promises of Financial Relief going to Age Pensioners(Not Self Funded) and War Service Recipicants , those struggling to meet increases in Weekly Living Expences. "TIME FOR A CHANGE VOTE RUDD and LABOUR".. Australian's must Have More Iterest Rises: The Reserve Bank Must Continue to announces Interest Rate increases, so encouraging Australians to Save Money instead of Living On Credit. Borrowering funds are running low and Banks Neeed an Influx of Cash. I see another State Bank Debarkle upon us next year if Nothing I s Done to promote Savings (NOT SUPER FUNDS) but Bank Deposits. AutoGasDangers a Dudd 27th July 2007: Claims that Auto Gas Cylendars are Dangerous are very missleading, gas Bottles in General Use, such as in Housing and Caravans are Far More Likely to Explode causing injury and Death. Gas tanks in Autos and Trucks have benn around for over 20 years and the only time we hear in the News of Explosions is when Thieving Bastards Steal Motor Vehicles and set them On Fire. on another front . The Federal Government should keep it's Dirty Hands of State Rites and those of their Premiers, I am sorry to see Bracks back Off and Resign. Monday 23rd July 2007: I only hope the South Australian Government ignores requests from City Driving do gooders and Eye Specialists suggestions that Country Highway Speed Limits be reduced to 100kph and that elderly drivers undergo Eye Checks. There are far more important Road Laws which need attention such as drivers on Heart Condition Drugs, Epeleptic persons being allowed to drive without an attendant next to them. Thousands of Drivers have poor eyesight so we wear glasses as prescribed and drive with More Care to compensate, if we have trouble seeing at night then stay of the road ,easy as that. Country Drivers msut cover much larger distances than their City Counterparts. I drive my car at 110kph on the highway and most other drivers Race past me, so I see no one observing the current 110kmp. Monday 25th June 2007: Telstra is robbing us blind I only bought a New CDMA Phone six months ago and now they expect me to dump the thing and invest in a whole new Phone System at greatly increased costs. I for one will be pleased with any extension to this change and the Great News that Telstra Robbing Rogues may be forced to delay the shutdown of its CDMA network as mobile coverage looms as a bigger election issue than broadband. Wednesday 9th May 2007: Federal Treasurer Peter Costello has delivered an election year Budget of tax cuts leaning heavilly towards the Wealthy ,completley ignoring those of us either unemployed or on Pension Benifets . We still have to Pay the Big increases in Grocery Bills, Rent,Electricity, Water and Car Running Expoences, eespecially those in Country Areas. So unless the Government changes it's outlook towards us We Will Vote for Labour and hope for better things, thanks For Nothing. Monday 16th April 2007: Wall Street leads Aust market to record high .The Australian share market has closed at a record high after getting a strong lead from Wall Street..The All Ordinaries Index surged 1 per cent to 6,184 and the ASX 200 added 62 points to 6,198. This Surge will Not Last,That'smy bet. Friday16 March 2007: The Australian Stock Exchange is Bleeding with Hundres of listed companies dropping 1 -2 percent or 2 to 65 Cents, in my opinion a much larger drop should occure as most STOCK is way over-prised. With recent gains in the past 12 Months well covering any recent losses. A 25 cent fall is nothing to a stock selling at over $200 Dollars a sharee http://www.asx.com.au/ .... Friday 02 March 2007: The Federal Government should Clean up their Own Current Mess, A War No One Wants, Aussies rotting in Yanky Jail Houses ,Nuclea Power Buddies,, A Bone Dry River Murray, Garbage Workplace Reforms and a Sky Rocketing Ballanc of Payments Debt. What has happened to all our Industries, White Goods Computer etc. Kevin Rudd had No Crystal Ball and He Cares about The Average Aussie (Not Just his Business Buddies) Onya Ruddy Give it to Them. |
